This is the last outfit from when we had our cold snap. This chunky knit is so cozy and if I could I would probably try and wear it every day (but I can't because that would be unhygienic). What I really like about this sweater is the chunky gage of the knit. Most of the sweaters that I own tend to be a thinner knit so this was a nice change. I also really like that it is a slight cropped style, which is currently very trendy. However it is not too cropped in that it would otherwise limit the way I could wear it.

I chose to layer the mauve sleeveless collard blouse underneath for a pop of colour. As I think I have mentioned before I use sleeveless collard blouses instead of full sleeved blouses. It is too mild here to layer two long sleeves under each other.

The white and mauve turned out to been a a really nice colour combo and I added the boyfriend blazer as a jacket and my new ankle boots to toughen up the other wise sweet and preppy ensemble.
