After writing several papers this last week and being under a lot of stress my boyfriend and I decided that we needed a well deserved date night. We originally were going to try out Famoso, but there was a 30 minute wait. We stumbled across this adorable Mexican restaurant right around the corner called Cafe Mexico. It was probably the best Mexican food I have ever had from a restaurant.

Not sure how I ended up in all black that night (I usually have some colour!). The jacket is one that I got at Winners earlier this year and I absolutely love it. It has an exposed gold zipper front with a peplum bottom and cream side panelled detailing. It is the perfect combination of structured and sweet. The tank top is another great find, the back is sheer and has high side slits that give it extra movement. Of course no date night outfit is complete with out some high heels and a little sparkle. Although the photo doesn't show it, these pants are sparkly! They added some visual interest and texture to an otherwise monochromatic outfit.
