Tench - Rickis/ Blouse - Value Village (March Find)/ Dress - Joe Fresh/ Kate Spade Bag - Winners/ Flats - Ebay

Today, as most of you probably know was St. Patrick's Day. The one day it is acceptable to dress in enough green to be mistaken for a leprechaun and drink copious amounts of beer in the middle of the week. I unfortunately had to both work and go to school, so I had to tame my wild Irish partying genes. However I did find this green dress in my closet which I though was perfect for the occasion.

I got this dress a few month back and just never got a round to wearing it. To be completely honest I didn't even try it on. It was something ridiculous like $2 and I figured it wasn't a big lose if it didn't fit. I wasn't sure what to pair it with for work to begin with. I didn't really care for it with a cardigan and I found that a blazer made it look to corporate. However when I saw my white blouse lying on my office chair I knew that it would be perfect under the green dress. I love how incredibly preppy it looks with the button up done all the way to to top under the dress. I never went to a school that wore uniforms, but I always wanted too, so I guess this is my little dash of prep school mixed into my every day wardrobe.

Hope the Luck of The Irish was with everyone today,

Jade
