Skirt - Joe Fresh (Similar Here and Here)

Flats - eBay (similar Here)

Michael Kors Clutch - Marshalls (no longer available)

For New Years Eve I kept things very low key. Unfortunately I came down with a migraine after work and decided that going out and adding alcohol to the mix would result in a very unpleasant morning. Instead I went out for a lovely dinner with my parents.

This is actually what I wore to work that day as well. I wanted something with sparkle (after all it is the last day that all things sparkly and shiney are acceptable in large doses). This sweater is adorable and has a key hole back with a bow (unfortunately was not smart enough to take a picture of it). I thought the mix of the sparkle on the top and the slight sheen of the skirt made for a visually interesting outfit. However because the outfit is neutral I added the leopard flats and the snake skin clutch to add some pattern to the outfit.

I hope everyone had a wonderful New Years. I am excited to see what 2015 has in store for me and the blog.

Thank you for becoming part of the experience.

Jade
