Star Spangled

Although I was not in the states for the fourth of July nor am I American, I thought it would be fun to do a Fourth of July inspired outfits. While hunting for some red, white and blue that morning I realized that I was lacking blue for the outfit. Thankfully I found this stripped skirt.
