Well as most people from the West Coast will know, bouts of sunshine are uncommon and short lasting during our winters. So of course we are back to the damp, cold weather. As you might have guess I am not too thrilled to see that the sunshine has ended for a little while. I was enjoying being able to wear whatever shoes I wanted with out fear of them being ruined by the rain.

Although the sun has gone into hiding it gave me a chance to wear this long cardigan that I got during the last Value Village 50% off sale. I love that it could double as a jacket and a sweater depending on how warm it is outside. It makes for a very versatile piece here on the West Coast. You cannot see it from this picture, but down the front of the cardigan it has large embossed buttons, which was another reason I was attracted to it. I love large buttons on sweaters, especially one that look vintage and like antiques.

Thankfully tomorrow the sunshine is supposed to return. Have a good weekend,
