Jacket - Joe Fresh/ Old Navy Cardigan - Value Village (February Find)/ Sleeveless Turtleneck - Smart Set/ Pants - Winners/ Bag - Value Village (March Find)/ Shoes - Value Village
Right now the weather here is ridiculous, which is pretty typical for the west coast in the spring. One minute it will be gorgeous and sunny the next moment it will be pouring rain. So trying to dress for the appropriate weather conditions is proving to be difficult.
So we ended up in this layered outfit Tuesday at work. The pants are a no brainer, super easy and comfortable. I added the high necked sleeveless top because I kind of love this top. For a while I never knew what to pair with it and therefore didn't wear it. Since figuring that out it has become a frequent piece in my wardrobe. This grey leopard print cardigan with the subtle sparkle is so fun. I think it really added some life to my boring black pants and tank combo. To finish off the look I added the red shoes for a pop of colour. These are one of my favourite pairs of flats and I will be very sad when they become worn out. I am constantly looking for a similar pair at Value Village whenever I go because I can't seem to find them anywhere else. This snake skin printed bag is quickly becoming a favourite in my closet as well. I love the shape of it, and it adds some extra visual interest to an otherwise solid outfit. And of course nothing completes a mixed weather outfit like a khaki trench.
Hopefully everyone is managing to figure out how to dress for the unpredictable spring weather,
Jade
