Finally, A Black Sweater

I wore this look almost two weeks ago when I hit up Joe Fresh for the last time before they closed. As you could see from my post I had some major scores.

As you might have noticed I am a major vestaholic. I love my vest for fall and winter, I think they add visual interest you an otherwise basic sweater and jeans combo. Not to mention style points for layering and practicality because it adds extra warmth.

I have been trying to find a black chunky knit sweater basically all winter, finally I found this one during a half off Value Village sale. It is probably the warmest sweater I own (was actually roasting in it the other day, it's that warm). You need something fairly neutral to wear with this vest so it hasn't been worn a ton this year. To keep the look low key I choose to wear my favourite ripped jeans. These are one of my favourite pairs of jeans. I don't wear them a ton in the winter because of the rips but they are on major repeat in the spring and summer.

Definitely getting teased by all the warm weather the last week. Majorly hoping for spring,
