Tweed and Bows

Another day at work for me. I'm sure you can probably at this point tell which outfits I wore to work and which outfits I'm just heading to school in. I have definitely noticed that I basically only wear skirts to work. Not quite sure why, but that just seems to be the trend for the past few months.

I was drawn to this skirt for several reason. 1) it had a great tweed pattern that kind of reminded me of Cher from Clueless. 2) it has great zipper detailing on the side and on the pockets which toughens up an otherwise sweet skirt. 3) finally it was a whole $4.99 at Reitmans. They have a really great store here in Victoria at Tillicum mall where all the discounted clothing comes to this one particular store. So you get the best of all the sale merchandise.

I was in a major hurry this morning so I just chose this white button down because I knew that it would go and there would be no guess work. I also knew that it was supposed to rain today (which of course it poured), so I wore my rubber flats.
