The sun might not be out but at least the weather is warm enough to bust out my breezey spring dresses. However with a print as bright and cheery as this I can almost forgive mother nature for not having the sun out.

This dress has a dropped waist with I would typically never go for. However I feel that the bright print and loose fit hides the fact that it hits in usually the most unflattering spot. I paired it with these navy flats as a more interesting alternative to black flats. Once the weather is a little less wet and warmer I will definitly be pairing it with white flats and sandals.
