Leopard and Blush

If I could, I would probably be wearing this combo everyday, but as you might have noticed it isn't very appropriate for the wet West Coast winters. However when the forecast claims there won't be a high chance of rain I always take full advantage and wear flats and coats other than my typical rain gear. Just as a full disclosure even though it says there is a low chance of rain doesn't mean we won't end up with a huge down pour. The forecast essentially changes every hour here in the winter. Therefore just to make sure, I treat all my shoes and bags with a water repellent spray before they ever set foot outside.

This coat was a major score this fall at Superstore. I honestly would have never found it is my friend hand't pointed it out to me. I literally wear this coat every chance I get, even though my boyfriend despises leopard print. These jeans are another major score for me. I have wanted to try the raw edge trend and could never find a pair that I really liked on myself. What better way for me to give the trend a go than in a dark wash cropped skinny. I wear these all the time and one of my girl friends actually got the same pair shortly after I bought them.

This outfit is super simple but I think it is really chic. Although I like to take fashion risks there is nothing wrong with having great basics to mix in with more fashion forward pieces.
