Niagara Falls Over Reading Break

Over Reading I got the opportunity to go to Ontario with the UVic Synchronized swimming team which was competing in the CUSSL Nationals event where one of our novice trios placed first! The event was hosted at Brock University in St. Catherine's which was only a 15 minute drive from Niagara Falls, so naturally we made it a mandatory stop in some of the spare time we had.

Although I have done lots of travelling through out Canada I had not yet had the chance to go to Niagara and let me tell you, it is totally worth it. The falls are breath taking and the ice formation was incredible to see. Not to mention their was a double rainbow over the Canadian side of the falls due to the shinning sun. I'm not going to lie though.... The wind that day was definitly cold.
